工作範圍
- Work closely with internal teammates to deliver technology solutions so as to achieve established strategic digital goals and operational efficiency enhancements
- Assist on CRM system development and enhancement projects by collaborating with internal departments and external agencies
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new Digital Acquisition and Engagement Initiatives / Innovation projects
- Act as the digital product & platform teammate to judge UIUX for different digital platforms, from APP to designated digital portals
- Drive the customer usage & consolidate the feedback for system enhancement
- Contribute ideas on maximizing the usage of digital/ innovative platform to increase customer experience and satisfaction;
- Handle ad hoc assignments (TC)
任職要求
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management, Computing Science or related disciplines
- 3 - 5 years of solid experience in CRM
- Familiar with data analytics tool and social CRM, preferably with web, app and digital marketing knowledge
- Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (TC)
